In the last 10 years, Norway has experience a strong increase in work immigration, particularly from the European countries who became members of the EEA after 2004. High work immigration means rapid changes in access to certain types of competence in the work market. Such rapid changes in access to labour may initiate a series of adaptations i.a. both workers and employers. There is a need for more knowledge about in which degree and in which form such adaptations have occurred or are occurring in Norway.
A detailed description of the assignment's content and requirements of the assignment is given in Appendix 1 to the contract.
