Export Credit Norway has currently outsourced the IT services to an external provider who shall provide the service in accordance with a complete scalable service oriented and person independent model, The current contract includes a total responsibility for Export Credit Norway's IT environment, from a computer centre, network and server infrastructure, to application management, licensing and meeting rooms and monitoring. The current contract is in accordance with a service oriented model which provides predictable total costs for each service and a guarantee for performance and response time. The current agreement has expired and the Contracting Authority therefore intends to enter into an new agreement with a provider of service oriented IT services. The contracting authority intends to enter an agreement for development of the current delivery model to an adequate service information system, where all parts of the delivery is provided as a service — e.g. ‘Client as a Service’.

The agreement shall also include the procurement of necessary IT equipment and basic software, such as PCs.
