The purpose of this public service contract is the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of multi-brand lifts (see inventory) distributed in different buildings of Solidaris Wallonie and its non-profit associations.

The contract also potentially includes the carrying out of work to bring certain lifts into compliance and/or possible improvements.

In accordance with Article 42 §1, 2 ° of the Law of 17 June 2016, the contracting authority also reserves the right to order similar new services.
