The subject of the order is the successive delivery of cardiological implants: pacemakers and cardioverter-defibrillators with equipment for the needs of the Invasive Cardiology Department, a detailed description of which is included in Annex 2 to the ToR, in the quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex 1 to the ToR. The supplied assortments must be authorized for trading and use in Poland in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices of May 20, 2010 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175 as amended).

The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts.
