This involves carrying out a survey on the movements of the inhabitants of the Department of Loire Atlantique according to the methodology of Cerema-certified mobility surveys, hereinafter referred to as "emc² de Loire-Atlantique".

The aim is to collect the travel practices (all modes of travel combined) of a sample of people residing on the territory of the department for a "Normal and average day of the week", from Monday to Friday

The services are divided into 3 phases: Phase 1: Design and preparation of the survey - Phase 2: Carrying out and monitoring the collection - Phase 3: Clearance and standardization of the files
