The Unie van Waterschappen intends to conclude an Agreement with one Contractor for the development, management and support (including hosting) of a digital system for business comparisons, such as the Waterschapsspiegel. The purpose of the Waterschapsspiegel is to provide insight into the figures of the water boards, so that data is publicly accessible and so that an impulse for learning and improvement is created. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a consortium and / or by calling on Third Parties.

Calculated with a four-year Agreement, this yields an estimated Contract Value between EUR 320,000 (excl. VAT) and EUR 400,000 (excl. VAT). The above size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
