This consultation concerns the rental of refrigerated trucks for departmental use. Rental includes maintenance and troubleshooting of vehicles made available. This framework agreement consists of four optional PES, which concern:

— making available to the administration of “clean” vehicles (vehicles with a hybrid engine (e.g. gasoline/CNG or CNG) or all-electric engines): these services are optional in so far as the candidate has the possibility of not making a proposal for them or to propose to perform only one or more PES or perform all PES. These services will not be taken into account in the analysis of tenders (see Article 6 of the CCP).
