Design, manufacture and delivery of tram vehicles as well as the supply of spare parts.
The Hallesche Verkehrs-AG intends to procure 56 tram vehicles for tram operation in Halle's local traffic. The order to be placed includes the design, manufacture and delivery of tram vehicles. The contractor assumes all rights and obligations as well as sole responsibility for the design, manufacture and delivery of the complete, functional, commissionable, ready-to-use vehicles that are suitable for economic use in the client's company. In addition, the contractor is responsible for the creation and delivery of the complete documentation in compliance with the agreed delivery dates.
The procedure includes 2 procurement variants (procurement variant A and procurement variant B) as well as optional services. The initial offers are therefore to be submitted for 2 procurement variants - as a basic offer and as an alternative offer.
Procurement variant A (basic offer):
With the basic offer, a total of 56 vehicles must be offered in the following constellation:
- 17 vehicles of 45 meters length (MGT-XL),
- 14 vehicles of 30 meter length (MGT-M) and
- 25 additional vehicles as an optional service (3 options): of the 30-meter capacity variant (MGT-M), 25 additional vehicles are to be offered as an optional service. Of these, 11 of the 30 m vehicles must be delivered in the 1st half of 2026 (option 1), a further 11 in the 2nd half of 2026 (option 2) and a further 3 in 2027 (option 3) if the options are used,
- Additionally as an optional service: Production of a model of a vehicle or vehicle module (option 4).
Procurement variant B (alternative offer):
With the alternative offer, 56 vehicles must be offered in the following constellation:
- 9 vehicles of 45 meter length MGT-XL,
- 8 vehicles of 38 meter length MGT-L,
- 14 vehicles of 30-meter length MGT-M and
- 25 additional vehicles as an optional service (3 options): of the 30-meter capacity variant (MGT-M), 25 additional vehicles are to be offered as an optional service. Of these, 11 of the 30 m vehicles must be delivered in the 1st half of 2026 (option 1), a further 11 in the 2nd half of 2026 (option 2) and a further 3 in 2027 (option 3) if the options are used,
- Additionally as an optional service: Production of a model of a vehicle or vehicle module (option 4).
In addition to the regulations for vehicle delivery, the client will also agree on a regulation for the supply of spare parts and maintenance kits.
