This contract is divided into six lots:

- lot 1: scenographic arrangements;

- lot 2: audiovisual, interactive and multi-sensory equipment and museum lighting;

- lot 3: linear and interactive audiovisual productions;

- lot 4: design and production of the complex device "La tête du brasseur";

- lot 5: production of the show "Théâtre de la fermentation";

- lot 6: digital route.

This lot includes the following missions:

- production, supply and installation of furniture elements as a presentation support, graphic elements, interactive installations, and models and sculptures and custom display cases in a museum context, for example the BBW (zones 1, 2, 4a, 5, 6 and acoustic partitions in zone 4b) as well as for the Bruxella 1238 archaeological site;

- overall coordination of interventions between different lots of this contract;

- overall coordination of the work between all of the lots on this contract and the market preceding restoration and reallocation of the Bourse building;

- overall organization and management of the site during interventions (site installations, inventory, logistics, protection and security measures, etc.).

This lot includes:

- development, supply and installation of all audio-visual, lighting and control systems for the BBW (zones 1, 2, 4a, 5, 6) as well as for the archaeological site Bruxella 1238.

This lot includes:

- development and production of all audio-visual media for the BBW (zones 1, 2, 4a, 5, 6), as well as for the archaeological site Bruxella 1238.

This lot includes:

- development, supply and installation of all furniture elements as presentation support, graphic elements, interactive installations, audio-visual media (hardware, software), lighting ... and any other element necessary for the complete scenographic development of zone 3 “La tête du brasseur” (BBW).

This lot is subdivided into a firm phase and a conditional phase.

The firm tranche includes:

- development, supply and installation of all furniture elements as presentation support, graphic elements, interactive installations, audio-visual media (hardware, software), lighting ... and any other element necessary for the complete scenographic development of zone 4b "the theater of fermentation" (BBW).

The conditional phase includes:

- duplication of the show planned in firm installment in a adjoining space (more information in the CSC).

This lot includes:

- development and supply of the "digital route" (BBW and Bruxella 1238 archaeological site), including the website, application and algorithm of the interactive part "Explore your taste" (zone 5). The website includes online ticketing and must be developed in conjunction with the application (BBW and Bruxella 1238 archaeological site).
