The scope of this Request for Tender (RFT) Document is to seek tenders for three 6 x 4 Rigid Tipping Trucks to Waterford County Council. This RFT applies to a 6 x 4 Rigid Tipping Truck that complies with both the Roads Traffic Acts 1961 to 1994 as well as the Safety, Health and Welfare

at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006. A full specification of the vehicle is to be submitted along with photographs of the vehicle offered as part of the tender.
