MUNICIPAL WASTE MANAGEMENT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LESZNO
Part I - Collection, disposal and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Leszno Municipality.
Part II - Collection, export and management of municipal waste from the Leszno Commune and from the Office.
Collection, disposal and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Leszno Commune1. Collection, transport and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from real estate located in the Leszno commune, where residents live, in a way that allows achieving the levels of: recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste and limiting the storage of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with applicable law for a given fraction of waste.
2. Operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), which will be located behind the Commune Office in Leszno, Al. Wojska Polskiego 21 in the scope of collection of waste covered by the subject of the contract.
3. The service of collecting, transporting and managing waste from property owners residing in the Leszno Commune includes the following types of waste:
1) non-segregated, i.e. mixed municipal waste,
2) paper and cardboard,
3) plastics,
4) metal,
5) glass,
6) multi-material packaging,
7) bulky waste,
8) ash.
4. The service of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) will be carried out in the scope of the following types of waste:
1) construction and demolition waste,
2) used fluorescent lamps,
3) chemicals,
4) used tires,
5) used batteries and accumulators,
6) expired drugs and chemicals,
7. waste ineligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
8) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
9) ash,
10) odpadowa papa,
11) paper and cardboard,
12) plastics,
13) metal,
14) glass,
15) multi-material packaging,
16) bulky waste.
5. The Contractor is obliged to collect all municipal waste specified in point 1.3.:
1) collected in containers and / or bags that meet the minimum requirements set out in the current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Leszno;
2) exhibited by residents in front of the property or in places of waste collection at garbage arbors – regarding furniture waste and other large-size waste.
6. The Contractor is obliged to manage the collected municipal waste in the following way:
1) enabling the levels of recycling and preparation for re-use of paper, metals, plastics and glass specified by applicable law to be achieved, as well as the levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other than hazardous methods of construction and demolition waste,
2) in accordance with the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodship.
7. Export will take place in accordance with the schedule approved by the Ordering Party.
8. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for each part is an attachment placed on the Ordering Party's platform.
Collection, removal and management of municipal waste from the Leszno Commune and from the Office.1. The scope of work will include: export of municipal waste from one container, open type with a capacity of 7 m3 and export of segregated waste in a way that allows achieving the levels of: recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of some fractions of municipal waste and limiting the storage of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with applicable law for a given fraction of waste.
2. The scope of work will include the export of municipal waste from:
1) 1100l container (beaver) – metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste,
2) 1100l container (beaver) - waste from paper, including cardboard,
3) 120l container – glass waste, including glass packaging waste,
4) 120l container – biodegradable waste,
5) open type container with a capacity of 7 m3 for mixed municipal waste.
3. Waste disposal will take place on a telephone or e-mail call by a person designated by the Ordering Party.
4. Containers and containers will be placed behind the seat of the Commune Office in Leszno, Al. Wojska Polskiego 21. There is an access road to the containers.
