The municipality of Scharbeutz is planning to expand the Pönitz primary and community school by a total of almost 6,000 m² GFA. This construction project will be carried out in 3 construction phases. In 1.BA, from the third quarter of 2021, wing C will be extended by one storey. The 2.BA includes the conversion work on wing B. The 3rd construction phase plans the new construction of wing Ds. This bill of quantities covers the sanitary facilities of wing D.

The water supply is provided by an existing connection in the neighboring building of sufficient dimensions.

Stainless steel pipe suitable for drinking water is provided as the water distribution pipe.

To ensure regular water exchange, flow dividers and flushing stations are planned.

The water supply is largely cold water. Water heaters are selectively provided as instantaneous water heaters.

The sewage pipes are connected to drainage points built by the customer. The pipe material is soundproofed plastic pipe.
