The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance by the Contractor for the contracting authority of repair works (including dock works) for the fifth renewal of the Navigator XXI class for the next five-year period (current 5-year class of the ship: *KM Special Purpose Ship I (L3)) under the supervision and in accordance with the regulations and acceptance (where required) of the Classification Society Polish Register of Ships (PRS). The subject of the contract has been divided and described in the following five types of work:
Dock works
On-board work
Machine work
Electrical works
Other works – delivery and replacement of oils.

The Contracting Authority indicates that it is required that the Contractor have the recognition of the PRS Classification Society for the works listed in the description of the subject of the contract, for the performance of which such recognition is required in accordance with the regulations of this society.

3) The possible names (trademarks) provided by the Ordering Party are of an exemplary nature, and their indication is aimed at determining the expected standard, while the Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in the scope of the prepared description of the subject of the contract, provided that equivalent offers are accepted by the Ordering Party, especially in the scope of operation of the Navigator XXI ship and by the PRS Classifier.
4) The subject of the order was determined by indicating objective technical characteristics
and qualitative standards for which specification of sample trademarks is permitted.
5. Where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and (3), equivalent solutions shall be allowed to be described.
2. An economic operator who invokes equivalent solutions shall be obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions together with a description or standards thereof.
The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in the scope of the prepared description of the subject of the contract, provided that equivalent offers are accepted by the Ordering Party, especially in the scope of operation of the Navigator XXI ship and by the PRS Classifier.
3. Requirements for the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment relationship.
The contracting authority shall require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing the following activities in the scope of the contract performance on the basis of the employment relationship.
Type of activities necessary for the performance of the contract, which are subject to the requirements of employment on the basis of an employment relationship by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities during the performance of the contract:
a) mechanical work
(b) electrical work.
