The subject of the Assignment is to provide an overarching service to the user, participants and client that facilitates domestic Business travel. The contractor provides National officials with a Mobility Solution that gives access to Public Transport and (sustainable) Partial transport. The mobility solution offered by the contractor consists of a combination of a Mobility Card and a Mobility App.

The assignment consists of three components:

1. the service; providing an overarching service for both (a) Client and (b) Participants (Rijkswide and departmental) and (c) State Officials (User);

2. provide access to Public Transport and Shared Transport;

3. provide users with a Mobility Card and Mobility App.

The aim is to conclude a service agreement with one (1) Contractor. This Contractor must be able to organise and facilitate/administer the domestic Business Travel for State Officials within the framework of the policy and travel regulations, whereby the best possible service level should apply.
