The European Central Bank (ECB) is looking for suitable candidates to supply personal protection equipment to the ECB and is intending to use a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision for the following goods for a maximum duration of 4 years:

Lot 1:

(a) disposable barrier medical face mask;

(b) disposable medium efficiency respiratory face mask FFP 2/KN 95.

Lot 2:

(a) disposable light medical first layer gloves, latex-free;

(b) disposable heavy duty second layer gloves.

Lot 3:

(a) hand sanitizer (travel size);

(b) hand sanitizer (office size);

(c) disinfectant wipes.

Lot 4:

(a) rapid antigen tests for self-administration by lay people (self-testing) for the detection of SARS-CoV-2;

(b) rapid antigen tests for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 which are conducted by professional personnel.

Item a: disposable barrier medical face mask

• consisting of two or three layers of flat or pleated fabric;

• adaptable nose clip;

• affixed to the head with two elastic ear loops;

• without shield;

• splash resistant in compliance with EU standard class type IIR;

• barrier protection conform to EN14683.

Item b: disposable medium efficiency respiratory face mask FFP 2/KN 95
