The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a specialist company with the execution of insulation work for the heating and domestic hot water (DHW) networks of the collective portfolio of the Logial-OPH heritage. The market is not allotted. Variants are prohibited. The market does not include a PES.

The work will begin as soon as the contract is notified, or the service order prescribing the start of the work and ends at the end of the guarantee of perfect completion of the work. The offer is given in full knowledge of the sites. The visit of the installations is at the free choice of the tenderers under the conditions defined in the LR. The site visit must take place no later than seven days before the date for submission of tenders.
