The subject of the contract is to perform the task entitled: “Modernization, replacement and addition of street lighting in the municipality of Pierzchnica”.
The scope of delivery and installation related to the modernization of the road lighting system shall be:
a) performance of technical documentation for modernization and expansion of road lighting with agreement with the Contracting Authority and PGE Dystrybucja S.A. including:
a. execution of project documentation based on OPZ, regulations and applicable Polish and European standards, technical knowledge principles and preceding it with consultations and arrangements with the Ordering Party and PGE Distribution S.A.
b. obtaining all the required opinions, design arrangements, to the extent arising from the provisions where the separate provisions are imposed by such obligation,
c. obtaining the required construction law arrangements and permits for the implementation of the project if the separate provisions are imposed such obligation,
b) Replacement of currently existing lighting fixtures. The replacement includes the dismantling of existing lighting fixtures in the amount of 947 pieces (including 45 pieces of luminaires on the cable line) together with booms and fittings and installation in their place and places additionally designated by the Ordering Party, new LED energy-saving luminaires in the amount of 1,009 pieces with new booms, new power wires, new protections, new current terminals
c) Dismantling the existing lighting control system in the transformer station rack and the installation of a new lighting control room system outside the transformer station with the transfer of the measuring system and assembling the reactive energy compensation system for a total of 49 pieces
d) Installation of reactive energy compensation systems with replacement of astronomical clocks and verification and replacement of peripheral protection in existing lighting connectors for a total of 20 pieces
e) Extraction of road lighting circuits of the overhead network with a length of about 64 km in relation to the wires of the distribution lines; isolation of circuits with ASxSN 2x25mm2/2x35 mm2 insulated wires
f) Conduct tests, tests and measurements
g) Delivery and commissioning of Wireless Lighting Control System
h) Delivery and replacement of overhead line surge arresters in the amount of about 220 pieces
i) Delivery and installation of a lantern powered from renewable energy sources (RES) solar-wind in the amount of 5 pieces
