The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the planned amount of 5,156.769 MWh, in the period from 1.9.2019 to 31.12.2020 for the PGK "Żyrardów" Sp. z o. o. in accordance with the conditions contained in the ToR. The amount of electricity that is the subject of the contract is an estimate and approximate value, which is used to price and then compare offers, and as a consequence does not constitute the contracting authority's obligation to purchase electricity in the given amount, which may change, i.e. increase or decrease during the contract period, and billing will be based on actual electricity consumption, as indicated by the meters. Electricity should meet the technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and executive regulations to this Act and Polish Standards. All electricity consumption points have indefinite distribution agreements. Other entries have been specified in the ToR.
