Call for open framework agreements for the supply of charging infrastructure including maintenance for the Thüga Group companies in 3 lots (lot 1 - AC wall boxes, lot 2 - AC electric charging columns, lot 3 - DC charging stations / wall boxes).

The Thüga Group is the largest network of municipal utilities in Germany and works closely together in the area of procurement in order to make sensible use of synergy effects.

A negotiated procedure with upstream competition for participation according to VgV § 17 will be conducted.

The call for tenders aims to conclude framework agreements, from which all eligible Thüga investments can call up the required services in their own name and for their own account.

The framework agreements to be concluded will be concluded with Thüga AG. The contest will select the candidates who will be admitted to the negotiated procedure. There is no acceptance obligation.
