Sarastia Oy's procurement unit invites its customers to submit tenders for air purifiers to be purchased and rented in accordance with the tender documents.
The target of the procurement is air purifiers to be purchased and rented for public spaces, such as schools. Subscribers mainly purchase rentable equipment, and only to a small extent are devices purchased for their own. The tendering process is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which three (3) eligible suppliers with the most points are selected as contract suppliers.
The provider must offer both rental and purchased air purifiers. Partial offers by target group or within the target group are not allowed.
The selection criterion for the tendering process is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 85 points and the weight of quality being 15 points. The selection takes place in the order in which the bidders are scored. If several tenderers receive the same number of points, the contracting entity shall draw the successful tenderers. A draw is a method accepted by jurisprudence.
The contract period is a fixed term of four (4) years. The termination period for both parties and Sarastian customer entities committed to the acquisition is six (6) months, despite the periodic ity.
The contract period begins at the earliest when the procurement decision has become final. The entities joining the agreement (see the agreement template) will be covered by the agreement after the expiry of their existing agreements. If the Subscribers already have purification contracts, these contracts are not included in the scope of the framework contract formed on the basis of a tendering procedure. The customer has the right to continue these contracts, and the contract supplier cannot claim compensation for previously existing purifier-specific contracts.
The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents prior to the conclusion of the contract decision. If the information provided is not correct, the offer shall be rejected.
