The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new touring bus, three-axle, high-deck, privileged, produced in 2022 or 2023, with a minimum number of seats 63 (61+1+1)/maximum 67 (65+1+1), category M3 class III, adapted for right-hand traffic (steering wheel and driver's seat on the left side of the vehicle).
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new touring bus, three-axle, high-deck, privileged, produced in 2022 or 2023, with a minimum number of seats 63 (61+1+1)/maximum 67 (65+1+1), category M3 class III, adapted for right-hand traffic (steering wheel and driver's seat on the left side of the vehicle). 2. The Contracting Authority shall require that the delivered vehicle meets at least the requirements and conditions set out in the following regulations and standards: 1) Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles, amending Regulations (EC) No 715/2007 and (EC) No 595/2009 and repealing Directive 2007/46/EC (OJ L ...). 2018.151.1 of 2018.06.14) - in terms of requirements for vehicles of category M3. 2) Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning type-approval requirements for motor vehicles with regard to their general safety, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefor (OJ L 2009.200.1 of 2009.07.31); 3) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 25 March 2013 on type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (Journal of Laws 2015.1475) - in the scope of requirements for vehicles of category M3; 4) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) - in the scope of requirements for category M3 vehicles; 5) the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, as amended) and executive regulations for the Act. 3. The bus shall comply with the emission requirements for vehicles (nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and hydrocarbons) and carbon dioxide emissions at the level prevailing on the day of pick-up. 4. The offered bus must meet the requirements of Polish regulations enabling the registration of the bus on the territory of the Republic of Poland with a current approval certificate issued in the territory of the EU. The contracting authority shall require that the approval certificate meets the requirements for the approval of category M3/Class III vehicles.
