IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN) conducts a consultation with a view to selecting a supplier who can supply the contracting authority with organic and mineral products for its research directorates to its sites in Rueil-Malmaison (92) and Solaize (69).

The needs are numerous and varied, end-user satisfaction is paramount, both in terms of product quality and service. The successful claimant will also have a duty of advice for the purpose of continuous improvement of the services ordered.

The service subject of this contract consists for the service provider in:

- benefit from an optimal quality of service before, during and after the order;

— benefit from the advice of an expert in the field of chemicals;

— achieve savings through product optimization (innovation, change of packaging, need analysis, etc.);

— reduce the share of waste (change of container, set-up etc.);

— provide users with a personalized, ergonomic and easy-to-use website;

— a single point of contact for the sites to manage the contract and meet the needs of internal customers;

— work towards the implementation of an online purchasing solution.
