The purpose of this consultation is on the short-term rental of vehicles without drivers. This contract concerns three types of vehicles: 5-seater vehicles (5-door), 9-seater vehicles (minibuses) and commercial vehicles. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification and will be tacitly renewable 3 times per period of 12 months. The contract will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount strictly less than 125000 euros (excl. tax). This contract includes environmental performance conditions, details of which are indicated in the CCAP.
