In this case, the original contractor will be required to perform the contractual services at the prices, agreements and conditions established in the contract or at market conditions where most favourable for Rai S.p.A.; Pursuant to art. 120 of the Code, Rai S.p.A. reserves the right, if the contract amount is not exhausted at the end of the contract term, to extend the duration of the relevant contract for the time necessary to use the entire amount.
