1. The object of the order is “Recollection of medical equipment of the Neurosurgery Operational Block of the Provincial Specialized Hospital No. 5 of St. Barbara in Sosnowiec — Purchase of neuronavigation system intended for neurosurgical operations of the head and spine.”

2. Common Procurement Dictionary CPV: 33100000-1.

3. The item of the order was not divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogs.

5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in point 8 of Article 214 (1).

6. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be provided by OPZ, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

7. In accordance with Article 257 Pzp, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulment of this procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
