The aim of the present public contract is to appoint a multidisciplinary team in charge of a full design and implementation control contract.

The design will also contain a guiding sketch for the layout of the public space in the project area.

For this assignment, our housing company is looking for a multidisciplinary team with knowledge and experience in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture and the design of public space. As well as for the study and follow-up of the stability study, the techniques, EPB reporting, ventilation reporting and safety coordination during design and implementation. Management and coordination of this design team is done by an architect.

The design team is responsible for:

1. the preparation of the complete design (sketch, preliminary design, final design);

2. drawing up a tender-ready file (plans, measurement list, [........]);

3. coordination of the tendering procedure for the works: publication, tendering and preparation of the award report;

4. obtaining the environmental permit and other possibly necessary permits;

5. follow-up and coordination of the implementation phase;

6. provisional and final acceptance, follow-up of the warranty period.
