Provision of technical intellectual services (urban planning advice) for the benefit of the Dendermonde City Council in the context of the temporary replacement of an expert spatial planning. The duration of the assignment is 1 year, with the possibility to tacitly extend a maximum of three times with the same period of 12 months each time After this period, the assignment ends by operation of law. The contracting authority has the possibility to terminate the contract at any time with a notice period of 3 months (and without any termination fee).
