This framework agreement concerns the creation and graphic declination of visuals and communication media for the needs of the SPLA-IN AMP (regulatory communication and project communication).

This contract is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. In graphic design, the SPLA-IN AMP has two needs:- The graphic creation of visuals and communication media - The declination of communication media. The technical specifications are defined in the Special Technical Clauses (SCVC). This framework agreement is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount in value of the benefits. The maximum amount in value of the services (over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewals) is set at €240,000.00 excluding VAT.
