The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste from residential properties and a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) from the area of the Śrem Commune for a period of 24 months, in accordance with Table No. 1 and Table No. 2. It is allowed for the Contractor to use the available (i.e. at the disposal of the Contractor) reloading station before the final transport of municipal waste to the recovery installation.

4.2 The Contractor shall be obliged to accept municipal waste included in the contract referred to in point 4.1 from the entity collecting municipal waste from property owners indicated by the Contracting Entity, successively in quantities depending on the amount of waste collected from property owners.

The total estimated amount of waste to be managed during the term of the contract and the execution of the contract will not exceed 28,948.50 Mg, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste transferred for management in relation to those indicated in Table No. 1 or Table No. 2 according to its needs. In the event of an increase in the amount of transferred individual types of waste, the Contractor is obliged to manage a larger amount of waste of that type at the unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer for their management, provided that the changes in quantities and the related remuneration in relation to individual types and codes of waste do not exceed the Contractor's total remuneration for the implementation of the full scope of the contract as well as the total estimated amount of waste subject to development in relation to the quantities indicated in Table No. 1 and Table No. 2.
