The purpose of the acquisition is the demolition of the former Nopo Laundromat property in the Nopo groundwater area of Hyvinkää, land reclamation and mass reclamation. The work will be carried out between 1.6.2020 and 7.8.2020.

Here's how to bid for parts of the procurement:

- Section A: Tender including demolition and bulk removal work and transport of contaminated land and threshold countries as well as contaminated demolition waste.

- Section B: Offer including reception of contaminated land and threshold countries and contaminated demolition waste. The provider may offer only some or all of the verses.

The tenderer may submit a tender only for section A or only for section B or for both sections A + B.

Alternative offers will not be accepted.

There are separate offer forms for each offer.

The offer must be valid for at least three (3) months from the last submission date.

Offer and attachments must be submitted in Finnish.

The contract comprises a laundry property of approximately 315 m 2 demolition of the whole building (the so-called old building), and another about 1,050 m 2 demolition of the entire building (the "newer building"), demolition of concrete wells and ponds and pipelines in the yard, and land reclamation. The total amount of contaminated soil to be removed and other excavated soil masses is approximately 3 500 t.

The contract for the demolition and bulk transfer is a total contract. The basis for payment is the total price including a unit price-based, volume-based component. The tender shall be based on the requirements of the invitation to tender and the documents annexed thereto and shall not contain technical or commercial conditions different from those of the invitation to tender. All tender documents, including annexes, must be submitted electronically. It is not necessary to sign the electronic tender document.

The tender must indicate the contact details (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) of the tenderer's contact person for possible contact and submission of the procurement decision.

The tenderer must state in his tender how he will arrange the security for the duration of the contract, indicating the form of the security and the guarantor.

There is no contract-time guarantee for the reception of the masses, so it does not need to be notified. The Subscriber accepts foreign collateral only if the Collateral Agent has a branch or other acceptable representative of the Subscriber in Finland. The customer does not accept group guarantees as collateral.

The tenderer must attach a completed offer form to his tender. The tenderer must also complete the unit price information requested in the tender form. Here's how to bid for parts of the procurement:

- B. Offer including reception of contaminated land and threshold countries and contaminated demolition waste. The provider may offer only some or all of the verses.

The winning bidder will select the winning bid based on the total purchase price.

The reference prices for demolition and bulk removal tender (1) and for tender / waste only (2) shall be calculated for each combination of tenders. For the purpose of calculating the reference price, transport costs shall be taken into consideration on the basis of the unit prices quoted in the tender and the actual distance between the points of reception. The lowest priced combination of bids will be selected as the winning bid. The successful tenderers must meet the minimum requirements and other conditions set out in the invitation to tender. A contract will be concluded with the tenderer who has submitted the selected tender (1). Purchase orders for masses (2.) are made.
