The Framework Agreement shall cover Askøy, Fjell, Sund and Øygarden municipalities' requirements for mobile telephones for end-users.

The described model types express the Contracting Authority's current need, these will change during the contract period in line with technological developments and the Contracting Authority's needs.

Askøy municipality is implementing the tender contest and acts on authorisations from the 3 cooperating municipalities.

The cooperating municipalities shall merge to one municipality by 1.1.2020. The name of the new municipality is Øygarden municipality.
