Forest management services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood - to be performed in the Świeradów Forest District in 2022. The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be the area of adm. Świeradów Forest District. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts ("Packages").

3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood to be performed in the Świeradów Forest District in the Kotlina forestry in 2022

2) The scope of the object of the contract includes the summary quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, logging and breaking of timber - resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

No 3.1. — the size of the work by group of activities, activities and locations;

Annex No. 3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting;

Annex No. 3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of wood harvesting;

No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

No 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No. 3.6. – list of surfaces where it is planned to protect raids and undergrowths

3. The kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1 - 3.3. and 3.5 and 3.6 are estimated.

4. Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract shall specify:

- Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in the organizational units of the State Forests.

- Decision No 101 of the Director General of State Forests of 16 September 2021amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into the application of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in organizational units State Forests.

- Decision No 112 of the Director General of State Forests of 4 October 2021r amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into the application of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in organisational units State Forests.

- Decision No 95/2021 of 24.09.2021 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław on the introduction of the “Regional description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works”

- Decision No 103/2021 of 14 October 2021. Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław on the amendment of Decision No 95/2021 of 24.09.2021 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław on the introduction of the “Regional description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works”

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.

7) The item of the order was divided into parts (“Package”) -The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for the Package must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.

8) The place of execution of the object of the order will be the administrative area of the Świerady Forest District

9) The implementation of the works included in the subject of the contract for each Packages will take place in the area of forestry relevant to the package concerned.

Description of the subject of the contract - chapter 3 SWZ.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts - Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the contract subst. The material scope of services will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
