The subject of the contract is: equipping residential real estate located in the Bielawa Commune with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste, providing a service of collecting and managing municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate, as well as organizing and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the Specifications of the Terms of the Contract.
1. Collection of municipal waste mixed from real estate inhabited from the Bielawa Commune along with their management. The ordering party estimates that the expected number of served residents of the Bielawa Commune is - 23 048 inhabitants.
2. Organization of separate collection of waste along with its collection and management – bag collection. Separate bag collection includes: paper; glass; metals, plastics and multi-material packaging. The contractor is obliged to provide the owner of the property with bags for selective waste collection. The Contractor is obliged to collect any number of bags with selectively collected waste covered by the collection.
3. Organization of selective waste collection along with its collection and management – container system. The separate waste collection container system is based on the collection in containers intended for several properties: paper; glass, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging and bio-waste. The Contractor is obliged to set up its own containers for selective waste collection, creating 113 segregation points located in the places described in Annex 2 to the draft contract.
4. Organisation and conduct of the travelling collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, large-sized waste and tyres (at one time up to 5 pcs) from the property no less than three times a calendar year, within the dates set with the Ordering Party.
5. Organization and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the Bielawa Commune for the residents of the Bielawa Commune, The Contractor is obliged to organize a stationary PSZOK, which should be equipped with containers to which residents will have the opportunity to selectively return the following waste: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste, green waste, biodegradable waste, expired medicines, hazardous municipal chemicals and waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste, used tyres from household vehicles, furniture and other bulky waste, waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular, needles and syringes and waste textiles and clothing. The point should be located in the area of the Bielawa Commune in a place easily accessible to residents allowing access by car and parking in order to transfer waste. The entity collecting waste should have the legal title to dispose of the place where PSZOK will be located. As part of running PSZOK, the Contractor is obliged to equip 10 pharmacies in the Bielawa Commune with containers adapted to collect expired medicines from residents and to collect and manage medicines collected in containers.
6. Equipping residential properties with containers for mixed municipal waste and maintaining containers for mixed municipal waste in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition. The contractor is obliged to wash the containers, once a year.
