This Contract is a framework agreement between the Contracting Authority and the Tenderer regarding delivery in the service area of development of new systems and services and investigation and analysis activities (hereinafter referred to as "the delivery") as specified in the appendices. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with two tenderers. The framework agreements should cover most of the Directorate’s need for IT development services in the period of the framework agreements. However, the agreements are not exclusive.
