The purpose of the tender is to find and enter into a contract with a partner regarding the delivery of Lolland Municipality's future transport of employees. We want a partner and a solution model with pronounced flexibility in relation to adapting and optimizing the municipality's primary passenger transport. It is the municipality's wish to develop and implement a long-term solution that can continuously handle the municipality's varying needs, the constant development of the market and the green transition.

The cooperation is expected to run for up to 10 years.

Lolland Municipality is looking for a partner who has, or has the opportunity to build, an organization that can handle the task and who finds it attractive to enter into partnership-like cooperation with Lolland Municipality.

The tenderers' organisation must be able to handle the complete Mobility as a Service (MaaS) task for Lolland Municipality.

The municipality imagines that interested bidders either have all the necessary (including technical) competencies within the organization or that the tenderer is made up of an association of economic operators that jointly and as a whole covers all the necessary competencies. It is allowed for both individual actors and associations to use subcontractors in connection with the fulfillment of the task.
