1. The object of the contract is the implementation of two related tasks of the following investment tasks:

1) Task No 1 - construction of a pressing collector from the Banino pumping station of Lotnicza str. 57/6 to the existing DN400 Pępowo Pępowo in the area of Żukowo Municipality and,

2) Task No 2 - construction of a gravity sanitary sewer network in Leśna Street in the village of Pępowo, Żukowo municipality — without construction of a compressed collector.

2. Detailed description of the object of the order is specified in the SWZ and the technical documentation.

1. The object of the contract is the implementation of two related tasks of the following investment tasks:

1) Task No 1 - construction of a pressing collector from the Banino pumping station of Lotnicza str. 57/6 to the existing DN400 Pępowo Pępowo in the area of Żukowo Municipality and,

2) Task No 2 - construction of a gravity sanitary sewer network in Leśna Street in the village of Pępowo, Żukowo municipality — without construction of a compressed collector.

2. Task No 1 shall cover its scope:

1) Construction of the piston pipeline fi 315 PE-RC open trench — approx. 871 mb;

2) Construction of the piston pipeline fi 315 PE-RC without excavation — approx. 2,922 mb;

3) Construction of the piston pipeline fi 160 PE-RC without excavation — approx. 11 mb;

4) Installation of protective pipes fi 315, fi 450, fi 500 PE-RC;

5) Construction of venting and aeration valve wells — 3 kpl. ;

6) Construction of drainage wells — 3 kpl. ;

7) Construction of a well with an anti-odor cartridge — 3 kpl. ;

8) Construction of a collector incorporation well from Kolejowa Street — 1kpl. ;

9) Construction of a connection well with the existing collector DN400 — 1 kpl. ;

10) Recreation of the site after the robots according to the documentation;

11) The implementation and arrangement of the project of the temporary organisation of the movement;

3. Task No 2 shall cover its scope:

1) Construction of sanitary sewer PVC DN200 — approximately 674 mb;

2) Construction of sanitary sewer PVC DN250 — approx 6 mb;

3) Construction of concrete wells of sanitary sewer DN1200 according to the documentation;

4) Construction of PVC subuds DN 160 to the border of the plots according to the documentation;

5) Construction of a wastewater pumping station together with land use, water supply and electrical connection and division of the plot with the separation of a new plot number — 1 kpl. ;

6) Recreation of the site after the robots according to the documentation;

7) The implementation and arrangement of the project of the temporary organization of the movement;
