1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Wisznice

2. In accordance with Article 91 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders divided into two parts of the contract:

Part No. 1 – delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations as part of the project "Gram w Zielone! - installation of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Wisznice".

Part No. 2 – delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations as part of the project "Energy for the future – renewable energy sources in the Municipality of Wisznice".

The subject of the contract in part No. 1 of the procedure includes, m.in, the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installation kits in the municipality of Wisznice, including, inter alia:

1) delivery and assembly of 3 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 2 kW, in 3 indicated locations;

2) delivery and assembly of 42 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 3 kW, in 42 indicated locations;

3) delivery and assembly of 104 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 4 kW, in 104 indicated locations;

4) installation made on the basis of modules monocrystalline photovoltaic panels with a power of min. 500 W; (construction project/contract);

5) inverters installed under the order must have about 1 kW of spare power, enabling the connection of an additional 1 kW,

6) assembly of supporting structures of photovoltaic modules,

7) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure,

8) installation of wiring between the modules and the inverter,

9) execution of the main installation to connect the inverter with the main switchboard of the building,

10) installation of RDC DC circuit switchboards,

11) installation of the inverter,

12) installation of switchboards of AC switchboard switchboards RAC,

13) performance of shock protection (to be determined),

14) performing surge protection,

15) tests, measurements, adjustment and technological start-up of the installation,

16) execution of documentation of the notification of the connection of microinstallations to the electricity grid of the regional OSD,

17) training Users in the proper operation of the completed installations,

18. drawing up service instructions containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation,

19) programming and commissioning of the installation,

20) supplement possible cavities of walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after conducting passages,

21) other elements included in Annex 8a to the SWZ (design documentation) and the contract model annex 7a to the SWZ).

The subject of the contract in part 2 of the procedure includes, m.in, the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installation kits in the municipality of Wisznice, including, inter alia:

1) delivery and assembly of 18 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 3.2 kW, in 18 indicated locations;

2) installation made on the basis of modules monocrystalline photovoltaic panels with a power of min. 320 W; (construction project/contract);

3) inverters installed under the contract must have about 1 kW of spare power, enabling the connection of an additional 1 kW,

4) assembly of support structures of photovoltaic modules,

5) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure,

6) installation of wiring between the modules and the inverter,

7) execution of the main installation to connect the inverter to the main switchboard of the building

8) Installation of RDC circuit switchgear,

9) assembly of the inverter,

10) installation of RAC switchgear switchgear circuits,

11) performance of protection against electric shock (to be determined),

12) performance of surge protection,

13) test, measurement, adjustment and technological start-up of the installation,

14) preparation of documentation for the notification of connection of micro-installations to the power grid of the regional DSO,

15) training Users in the proper operation of the installations,

16) preparation of service instructions containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation,

17) programming and commissioning of the installation,

18) supplementing possible losses of walls, ceilings, sealing the roofing material after the passages of the wires,

19) other elements included in Annex No. 8b to the SWZ (design documentation) and the model contract constituting Annex No. 7b to the SWZ).
