Receipt of waste will be followed successively from the Municipal Installation — Sortownia in Działdowie, 61 Przemysłowy Street in an amount of about 110 Mg per month and at a one-time amount of about 150 Mg from the Selective Collection Point of Waste in Ciechanówk, 13-230 Lidzbark. Receipt from the PSZOK in Ciechanówek approximately 150 Mg of waste code 20 03 07 should be carried out in such a way that the waste will be collected within a fixed time by both interested parties as soon as possible. This is due to the need to replace the loading loader to the PSZOK, the idea is to maximize waste collection and, with a relatively short time commitment, carry out the accumulated large-size waste accumulated for the moment.

Period of execution of the object of the contract from the date of signing until 31.05.2022 or earlier when the contractual quantity/net worth of the object of the contract is exhausted.

Where, despite the expiry of the deadline for which the contract was concluded, the entire value of the net contract has not been used. In such a case, the Contracting Authority may request the Contractor to extend the term of the Agreement by a further time marked not more than 2 months, but the Contractor consents to this effect.

The load of waste code 20 03 07 remaining on the state of Sortownia in Działdowie and from the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste in Ciechanówek lies on the side of the Ordering Party and transport on the side of the Contractor. Reception of waste for technical reasons may be carried out on a semi-trailer with a moving floor, on a semi-trailer with a side curtain or on a flooring container. Waste code 20 03 07 which is the subject of the contract remains entirely and there is no technical possibility to be fragmented in the Sortownia area.

The Contractor is obliged each time after the performance of the service (on the scale of the given billing month) to provide the Ordering Party, without a call, with a statement of the Entity — Enterprise which has undergone the process of recovery/recycling collected by the Ecological Union of Communities “Działdowszczyzna” Municipal Waste Management Plant “Osadus” waste code 20 03 07. It must be clear from the above statement that received from the Contracting Authority in the period from... to... in the quantity... Mg waste code 20 03 07 has undergone a recovery process/recycling process R... (designation of the recovery process) in the installation... The declarations shall be accompanied by a Waste Transfer Charter and a copy of the Recovery or Recycling Entity's waste processing permit.

The Contracting Authority shall draw up waste transfer cards in accordance with the applicable rules, using the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management, abbreviated BDO.
