The town of Montbéliard offers a school catering service:

- during the school year, for pupils in public nursery and elementary schools;

- Wednesdays, during school periods, and during school vacation periods, for children registered in the leisure centers for which it manages.

The CCAS also ensures the provision of meals for the structures it manages:

- nurseries;

- the Autonomous Bossière residence;

- the Domon foyer;

- bringing meals home;

- hosting arrangements.

To meet their need for the supply and delivery of cold-linked meals, the municipality and the CCAS have come together in the form of an order group (L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the public order code ) and jointly award this contract.

Supply and delivery of cold-linked meals for the City (school and extra-curricular catering) and the CCAS (nurseries, home meals, Domon home, Bossière autonomous residence) excluding accommodation structures.

Supply and delivery of meals in cold connection for the accommodation structures managed by the CCAS.
