Over the coming years, TMF will design and construct a new urban space on Bavnehøj Allé and a green connection across Vestre kirkegård with a new entrance from Sjælør Boulevard. A project area that stretches over about 1 km. from Enghavevej in the east to Sjælør Boulevard in the west, and is located in Kgs. Enghave in Copenhagen Municipality.
The project originates from the Area Renewal Bavnehøj, where an idea proposal has been prepared in close collaboration with the local area.
The task includes total consultancy on a comprehensive solution for a local meeting place and strengthened connection. The task solution consists of preparing a completed construction programme and, on the basis of this, preparing outline proposals, project proposals and a tender project, which forms the basis for a tender for the contract for Bavnehøj Allé and the connection through Vestre Kirkegård.
