1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new mobile biodegradable fraction shredder / separator used to effectively separate organic kitchen waste from packaging and impurities for the production of a soil improver at the Regional Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Makhnacz.

2. Brand new device, not older than 2022.

3. Type of device, purpose:

- separator capacity: min. 7 Mg/hour for organic (kitchen) municipal waste,

- a device of a mobile design equipped with at least two wheels and a drawbar equipped with a ball coupling, enabling movement around the square,

- the separator must not be a prototype and must come from series production,

- the main elements of the device: hopper with input screws, separation chamber, dry fraction ejection pit, control panel - the whole built as a compact device,

- the separator and homogenizer must be an effective device dedicated to the separation of any type of food, packaged and unpackaged, received from households, canteens, supermarkets, restaurants and food industry plants. It is to be effective in cleaning food packaging,

- separator with a material grindability of less than 12 mm.
