These proceedings involve two tasks:

Task No. 1 - Property insurance against all random risks

Insurance coverage:

All risks of physical damage and loss

The insurance covers the estimated gross profit (being the sum of all fixed costs of activity and net profit from sales) in the maximum compensation period that the Purchaser would achieve in the course of business, if his business activity at the place of insurance was not interrupted or disrupted due to damage in property, covered by Part I protection and to the extent resulting from Part I, including that arising from the scope covered by additional clauses.

All risks of physical damage, loss, destruction of electronic equipment as a result of sudden and unforeseen events, protected under the terms of electronic equipment against damage (within the meaning of the GTC of Electronic Equipment)

These proceedings involve two tasks:

Task No. 2 - Insurance of construction machinery and equipment

Insurance coverage:

Construction machinery and equipment as well as construction equipment specified in the insurance contract are covered by insurance against loss, destruction or damage due to sudden and unexpected events.

The insurance protection operates during the operation of machines and devices, during rest, disassembly for cleaning, maintenance, renovation and during these activities, as well as during reassembly.
