The school centre in Landsberg am Lech consists of two types of school: the Johann-Winklhofer-Realschule and the Dominikus-Zimmermann-Gymnasium.

The building consists of four almost symmetrical rectangles, each of which has an internal courtyard.

The Johann-Winklhofer-Realschule has already been extended with a small extension and a separate pavilion.

The Dominikus-Zimmermann-Gymnasium was enlarged by a provisional container facility of approx. 500m².

In the years 2010-2012, the administrative and class wings were already renovated.

Since the school, which was built in 1974, has many interior areas due to its structure and not yet renovated specialist classrooms as well as partly no longer up-to-date rising seats, these areas have to be created in a new building or extension together with the areas of the provisional container facility. The maximum space of 1,750m² freed up in the main building must be sensibly converted for school operations.

The existing canteen is currently only used by the grammar school. This is also to be renewed and placed as centrally as possible between the two schools due to the open all-day offer at the Realschule in the future.

Since the expansion and renovation will take place during ongoing operations, suitable replacement areas must be made available for the duration of the execution to ensure teaching and lunch.

At this point in time, we assume that a possible new building will be built in accordance with the passive house standard and that renewable energy sources will be used. Due to the internal rooms, which are to be converted, they must also be sensibly integrated into the existing HLS system.

Planning services technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2 § 53 - § 56, with Annex 15, service phase 1-9 (in stages) are awarded.

The fee for the special service "participation in the promotion" is to be included in the offer.

The cost estimation, cost calculation, cost tracking and cost determination are to be set up separately according to new construction Realschule, conversion Realschule, new building Gymnasium, conversion Gymnasium and demolition container system. The corresponding additional expenses are to be taken into account in the general surcharge to the fee.

In terms of fees, however, the construction project is 1 object.

Energy-efficient building refurbishment measures must be included in the planning. Integral 3D planning is expected.

The subject of this order is planning services technical equipment, plant group 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 according to HOAI part 4, section 2 § 53 — § 56, with appendix 15

The planning services are awarded within the framework of a negotiation process with an upstream participation competition.
