Printing, copy/print products and printed envelopes and other printing products for the needs of the city of Pori and the cooperating parties are subject to the acquisition. Products may include material and image processing, folding, various post-processing and installation services, etc.

The contract period begins when the procurement decision has received the force of law and the contract has been signed. The Agreement is valid until 28 February 2023, followed by an option for an indefinite extension of the contract with six (6) months' notice.

Target Group 1. Basic product range with the following individual net priced products and services:

— Brochures, tour guides, flyers, forms

— Printed envelopes

— Journals and seasonal publications

- Cards.

All products requested in the target group must be offered. One (1), most economically advantageous, contract supplier is selected for the target group.

Target group 2. Supplemental product range with other/different printed products. Max. five (5) highest points bidders are selected for the framework arrangement; separate contracts are concluded with selected contract suppliers.

The products and quantities declared in the invitation to tender are rough estimates of orders and do not bind the subscriber; the products are ordered only to the need and within the framework of the appropriations. The objective of the disclosure of anticipated amounts is only to make the bids computatively comparable.

Subscribers have the right to obtain from the supplier products other than those mentioned in the Acquisition Criteria target groups. However, the products must comply with the target groups of the call for tender from which the contract was drawn up. In this case, prices must be competitive against market prices and the sale will comply with the terms of contract arising from this call for tender.

FYI/Note: The City of Pori has a separate agreement for so-called brand products that are part of the city's marketing and image building. Brand products are sourced for the Pori Group's own use and for the sale of Visit Pori Oy, and are give away products used in advertising, as well as low-cost gifts, small goods, cards, accessories, textiles and business gifts. Brand products are not included in this Printing Services and Products Competitivity/Acquisition Agreement.

Target group 2. Supplemental product range with other/different printed products

Max. five (5) highest points bidders are selected for the framework arrangement; separate contracts are concluded with selected contract suppliers.

Procurement of less than EUR 5 000 in target group 2 may be acquired directly from any contracting vendors involved in the framework arrangement, larger entities (more than EUR 5 000) will be mini-competition among contract suppliers involved in the framework arrangement. Where the quality or extent of the acquisition is required, the procurement may also be competitive from outside this contract.
