Scope:

1) Basic installation and basic configuration:

NEW AG (NEW) already operates a Salesforce production org with a different business unit. This org is to be extended for the project described here. The Production Org is already integrated into the NEW environment via SSO. The required rights and views concept is worked out by THE NEW before implementation. The NEW already has the required licenses of Salesforce.

2) Mapping of processes to Salesforce and customer touchpoints:

NEW intends to replace the existing SAP IS-U billing system with the cloud billing solution "Schleupen CS 3.0". At the same time, Salesforce is to be introduced as a CRM based on the Salesforce "Energy and Utilities" cloud and integrated with the billing solution and other peripheral systems. For the processes to be mapped to Salesforce, the requirements recording and the corresponding configuration of Salesforce must be carried out.

3) Integration in Umsysteme:

Salesforce will be integrated into the NEW system landscape in this project. The service description names the systems to which interfaces must be created with Salesforce. These interfaces are part of the project and must also be offered.

4) Training:

Around 200 employees will work on Salesforce. These must be enabled accordingly. The qualification is to be carried out by the provider.
