1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel together with the distribution service of high-methane gas fuel of group E, to gas consumption points specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) and the conditions for its implementation were specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter IPU), constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
