The subject of the contract includes year-round maintenance – summer and winter – of the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój. The maintenance covered: streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, pedestrian paths, pedestrian and bicycle paths, parking lots, stairs, green areas, street bins, benches, advertising poles, rainwater drains, bicycle racks, training and recreation park for dogs, bicycle shelters. The city was divided into 16 Quarters.
