The subject of the contract is the supply of mineral fertilizers for the needs of the Experimental Plant in Kołudza Wielka at 1 Parkowa Street, postal code 88-160 Janikowo.

part No. 1 - supply of phosphorus fertilizer, single granulated superphosphate with the composition: 19% P2O5, 28%S, 10% Ca; quantity - 96 tons, in large-size bags made of polypropylene fabric (big-bag) 500 kg;

part No. 2 - supply of potassium salt with a content of 60% K20, quantity - 96 tons, in large-size bags made of polypropylene fabric (big-bag) 500 kg;.

Cz. 3 – supply of highly concentrated nitrogen fertilizer in the form of an aqueous solution of urea nitrate RSM 32%N, including: 8% in the form of NO3, 8% NH4, 16% NH2; quantity 50 t..

Part No 4 – supply of granular fertilising chalk, of natural origin, minerals, granules of 2-4 mm, type G.1.5a or b according to Commission Regulation (EU) No 463/2013 of 17 May 2013 amending Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on fertilisers in order to adapt Annexes I, II and IV thereto to technical progress; about the composition: CaCO3 min. 95%, expressed as CaO min. 50%, water content not more than 5%; quantity of 72 t, in large-size bags made of polypropylene fabric (big-bag) 500 kg.
