for the duration of one year - November 2022 - October 2023.

Service for conducting, management, routine, extraordinary maintenance and emergency intervention of the heating and air conditioning systems in buildings belonging to the Metropolitan City of Catania.

The contract is financed with budgetary funds, just determines to contract n. 2986 of 13/09/2022, for a total amount of € 3,477,443.46 (excluding VAT) of which:

- based on auction € 3.338.145,73, amount subject to reduction

- security charges € 139,297.73, amount not subject to reduction.

The duration of the contract is 1 (one) years, starting and ending from the date of the delivery report.
