The purpose of this agreement is to appoint a leasing company that offers bike leasing to the staff of IVM and which also fulfil the conditions of the bicycle policy. It should also be possible at the end of the lease to acquire the bike individually for the real remaining market value. The bicycle leasing provider makes this possible by offering a digital platform to which the employers, employees and bicycle dealers have access and where the maximum effort is made to unburdening.

The term of the assignment at the level of the framework agreement is 36 months and is renewable once by 36 months. The term of the individual employee lease agreements is 36 months.
